As something.com pty ltd supplies many differerent products from around the world warranty information does differ via manufacturer and product type.  Typically the warranty period is from between 3 months - 12 months.  Warranty period information can be found within the individual product listing.

All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of substandard quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The criteria of a major failure is defined by the Australian Consumer Law. 

The repair of your goods may result in the loss of any user-generated data (ie video or sound in some of our products), please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your product. 

Dependent on product some warranties are handled directly by our suppliers and some are handled directly by us.
